Virtu Academy Admission Policies

Enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis. Once camp is full, any new registrants will be placed on a waitlist.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment is required prior to the start of the camp week.
  • If you choose to pay via bank transfer, it is mandatory to email a copy of the transfer confirmation at virtu@mls.com.sa

Refund Policy:

If a parent decides to change the workshop due to reason agreed upon with the Virtu team, a 50% refund of admission fee is given after the first class of the week (of the total fee paid) and no refunds will be given thereafter…

Cancellation of Enrollment

No week will be prorated or refunded due to cancellation from students/parents’ end.

Medical Emergency Cancellation:

A doctor’s note must be sent to us within 3 days after an absence, to notify us in writing to request the cancellation.  You will receive a refund of what you have paid minus the 250 riyals non-refundable deposit (per week).

Behavioral Dismissal Policy (Optional):

VIRTU fees are non-refundable if a student is removed for disciplinary reasons. Verbal bullying toward another student or staff member will result in immediate dismissal from the camp program and the fees will not be refunded.
