About the Workshop:

Students will learn about dance aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobics with stretching and strength training routines. The health benefits of dancing is to enhance students flexibility, muscular strength, stronger bones, reduced risk of osteoporosis and cardiovascular strength. Aerobic dancing is a great way to have fun, start your heart pumping, your muscles using oxygen and get your body in shape. Students will learn basic choreography, low impact aerobics, moderate Impact aerobics and high intensity impact and design their own aerobic dance steps.
